Absolutely loved the service at Jake’s as usual. Ruben was stellar. Quick service friendly faces and great food. Gotta try the half and half bottle caps and pickles (main reason I come!). Stepped out and tried the dogs they were good but will definitely suggest to stick with the burgers every time.

Our go-to especially for those picky eaters who only want simple foods such as chicken strips, hot dogs and burgers. We never miss out on ordering the sweet potato fries with marshmallow sauce. It’s the best! Jake’s has also been a proud sponsor of the Grapevine Mustangs Football Team year after year!

Caroline did a great job making sure my drink was full and being quick with her service combined with good frequency. The food was excellent as usual at other Jake's locations. I had a BBq style burger with pickles. Sadly their assembly was lacking and they piled the pickles in one spot on the burger.

We love eating at Jakes. This location is never overly crowded, so we have never had to wait. The white queso is addicting. I got the breakfast burger, but the camera doesn't do it justice. I would get it again. I have also had the double cheese burger. It was just as good, if not better. If you order an alcoholic drink, it can take a bit to get it, which is why I rated the service 1 star lower. If you don't order your drink when you get there, you may not get it until after you have gotten your food and finished eating. The fries are good as well; we added the salt ourselves. Due to the area there is no dedicated parking, from what I can tell. However, later in the day, there are typically open parking spots right in front. Otherwise, we typically park in a parking lot for a separate business that is across the street.

Had a great experience! Ruben provided excellent service and handled a small mix-up with my burger quickly and professionally. He has a great personality and really made the visit enjoyable. Highly recommend both the food and the outstanding service from Ruben!

What a unique in-all-the-right-ways burger experience!!! My wife and I ended up getting stuck here in DFW while traveling because of bad weather, so we decided to get a hotel and check out the wonderful Grapevine! Well, can I say that I'm glad we got stuck??? Jake's Burgers and Beer is PHENOMENAL!!! Poppy seed bread on a burger??? AMAZING Fried green tomatoes??? HEAVENLY The pina colada cheesecake??? It's SO good it will make you feel HIGH! My wife said, "I don't need a drink after this food!" And what wrapped it all up in what feel like a great big gift with a bow on it, our amazing server, Ruben! Shout out to the guy who made the experience even more special with his recommendations, attentiveness, and service!!! I told my wife, "It's been a while since I've been to a burger place that wow'd me." If you haven't been yet, you've gotta come check out Jake's!!! You won't regret it. P.S. They have their own crazy and originally delicious sauces! Don't miss out.

We came here because there were good reviews. We were not disappointed. The burger I had was amazing. It had beef, pork, onion rings, BBQ sauce, pickles, I don't know what else other than it was so good. We also got sweet potato fries. When I dipped them in the sauce I was surprised. It wasn't ranch it was marshmallow sauce. I'd come back just for that. The staff was great.

Great chicken tenders for a burger joint. Juicy and great seasoning. Normally I get a burger but decided to try something else. Only complaint was the gravy was very thin and watery. Cold beer in a cold mug.
